Not a luxury, but a "cost of living". It's now difficult to imagine a private or business life without these tools. <br> <br>But they need to work! In our experiences with customers, we come across all the pain that system malfunction can cause individuals and whole businesses. Our pleasure is to put things right, and to advise preventative measures for the future. <br> <br>We seek to provide advice and practical technical support in a manner that is honest, straightforward, cost-effective and controlled. Here are some examples:<br>  <br>- Support contract/retainer: You pay a flat monthly fee, and we are available on call when you need us. <br>- Project: You have a specific requirement, we agree a price, and we fulfil your needs whatever it takes. <br>- One-off intervention: You may have an emergency on your hands. We come out, diagnose the problem and fix it for an agreed fee. <br>- Call-out: Usually a quick fix problem that we can sort out there and then.
